use function 'TCustomRichView.SetSelectionBounds' to set selection (with

your information) and then use functions

'TCustomRichViewEdit.ApplyTextStyle' and

'TCustomRichViewEdit.ApplyParaStyle' to change text or paragrapgh styles.
