You can include rvtoIgnoreContentHeight and rvtoIgnoreContentWidth in

table.Options.

No, there are no notes on the web site.

The next major update will include "real" MS Word-like styles on top of the

existing style system.

As for other features - I cannot say, because priorities may be changed.
