Table of contents formatting.

Hi,

I need to create a table of contents.

My problem is the formatting, because a line consists of a section name which

is left-aligned, and a page number which is right-aligned, and in between

a series of dots which are aligned so that dots on different lines are aligned

with each other.

I was wondering if you have any ideas about how this could be implemented.

Ignoring the dots I could do this with a table, but I rather try something

else.

Perhaps it is possible for me to create a new alignment, a variation of justify,

or something, in which case it would be helpful with a hint of where such

a modification should be inserted.
