Two lines in a table cell

Hello,

I created a table with TRVTableItemInfo

I have put the

table->Cells[i][j]->BestHeight=5;//or 10

and tha AnsiString is writed at the secong line of the cell, I don't

understand why it insert a first empty line. I have look at the help but

surely not enough,because I don't understand.I have colored the border,the

cell to see what happen, and the cell has two lines.

The ansistring is < the cell width.
