I've done the same - you are right, under this scenario the data loss does

not appear.

However, data loss is still present in my application, so I still need your

help.

After realizing that data loss appears only depending on certain conditions,

I decided to describe more precisely how to reproduce it "ad hoc":

1. Start test app with TRichViewEdit.

2. Type in some non-hyperlink text, for example "test ".

3. Copy/paste hyperlink from another app (could be from my email) so that

text looks like:

test http://hyperlink1

4. Press VK_RETURN in the middle of hyperlink, so that text looks like:

test http://hyper

link1

(note that differently from MS Outlook the item "link1" is still a

hyperlink, so that now there are two hyperlink items in the control)

5. Select items "http://hyper" and "link1"

6. Perform CopyRTF, then Paste - carriage return is lost between hyperlink

items.

Important notes:

n1. Saving to .rtf file and loading back works just fine - the problem

exists only with copying/pasting text as RTF.

n2. Copying/pasting as RVF works just fine.

Best regards, Andrew Chichlowski.
