For some reason URLScan on a TRichView works correctly most of the time.

It produces a link tag and the OnJump correctly reports the PChar for the

URL.

However, if the link starts a new paragraph following a #13#10 sequence it

produces a link but the OnJump returns nothing for the PChar.
