Link DBRichViewEdit2 to its own RVStyle.

Two editors can use the same RVStyle only if they work with fixed set of

styles, or in some special cases.

Make sure that RVAControlPanel.DefaultControl=nil (if you set it to one of

DBRichViewEdits, actions will work only with it).

PS: make sure that "allow adding styles dynamically" is set for both editors

(right click them, choose "Settings" in the context menu). Also, set

AutoDeleteUnusedStyles to true for both of them.
