TRichView 24.0.2 – new background dialogs

This update completes the work on the new background definition system (well, almost).
The new properties are now supported:

in RichViewActions (the dialog windows for configuring document, table, and cell backgrounds have been replaced)
in RichViewXML (the new properties are now saved to and loaded from XML; the legacy properties are read-only)

Several fixes and minor improvements have also been made.
