Makes the scrollbar "flat".

property Flat: Boolean;

If True, the scrollbar looks flat and does not has a frame around it.

This flat appearance is used if:

•Windows themes are not active (see UseXPThemes), and

•a skin is not applied (see SkinManager, SkinSchemeIndex), and

•SRVControlStyle = srvcsClassic

Default value

False
