TRichView 24

This update includes:

• Compatibility with Delphi and C++Builder 13 Florence.
• Redesigned background rendering based on HTML/CSS principles, with flexible options for positioning, repeating, and scaling background images.
• A new chat component (TRVChat) that turns TRichView into a chat window. It supports “conversation display in the style of modern messengers, attaching images and files, replying with or without quotes, editing and deleting messages, showing message status, and text search.
